I need help as decideing photo printer to buy?

I try to print a photo of a few at a time and I'm tired of going to CVS do, so I want to buy a house, dedicated photo printer. I did much research and I am between two printers. They are very similar, but I'm not aware of the printer is a brand better than another? I'm on the Epson PictureMate Encanto, published in October 2009 and the Canon Pixma Mini320, published in May 2008. Both do much the same, but the charm is so new that no reviews, so I have to go through that. The Pixma is very good reviews but I fear that the old model obsolete. I appreciate the help anyone can offer! Thanks! I'm looking for something in particular, networking is not necessary, and I love the two I'm in the middle, wondering if Epson is better than Canon or vice versa. Thanks!

Canon no doubt. Epson problem and you will see a lot of questions about every day on issues of Epson printers. HP as over the candidate also considered. Anything to wait an Epson!
