Your best bet is, I think the right mouse button on the patterns on the site. One of the options should be "Save Image As". Select and save the give a picture file (a name like sweater pattern) on your own computer. If you double click and click on the image file, it should open in a viewing program. If you're going to print the image, you should be able to click on the Properties box next to the name of your printer and change the printer properties to 72 dpi (dots per inch).
